Schedule: Full-time, part-time or PRN
CABATS is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing multidisciplinary pediatric team in Manassas, Virginia. Experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
Our SLPs collaborate with occupational therapists, BCBAs, behavior technicians, caregivers and other professionals to help children improve functional communication, social interaction and independence. We value clinical quality, teamwork and manageable caseloads.

Requirements
Responsibilities
Conduct speech, language and communication evaluations.
Develop individualized, medically necessary treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy.
Address expressive, receptive, pragmatic and functional communication skills.
Support AAC use when clinically appropriate.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
Monitor progress and update treatment recommendations.
Educate caregivers and promote generalization across settings.
Collaborate with the client’s multidisciplinary treatment team.
Follow professional, ethical, licensing and payer requirements.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
Current Virginia SLP license or eligibility for Virginia provisional licensure.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred for experienced applicants.
New graduates completing a Clinical Fellowship are welcome.
Pediatric, autism or developmental-disability experience preferred.
Strong communication, documentation and collaboration skills.
Ability to complete required background and credentialing requirements.
